The beds were soft and comfortable, the room had central heating, cable television, and a microwave. Check-in was quick, and they allowed for a late check-out. The staff was kind and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located in Harmarville, close to fast food restaurants, gas stations, a Target store, the highway exit.

The brand-new room with 2 beds was spotless and offered great comfort. The pool area was nice as well. The hotel is situated in a decent position in Harmarville, a very nice area surrounded by suburbs and many attractions, including restaurants like Subway, Bob Evans, and Wendy's.

I went there specifically for Jacuzzi tub and they list those in suites on the website. But when I got there they said no rooms have Jacuzzi's. I was very disappointed! Early morning and evening there were young kids running and screaming up and down the hall. It was inconvenient that there was only a ice/vending machine on 1st floor. Front desk guy wasn't terribly friendly. Kind of off-putting and made me feel self conscious.

Strong smoking odor in the non-smoking room. Unhelpful staff at the reception, insisted it was a non-smoking room despite the odor.
